About Me:

I have always felt a need to be of service. During my younger years, I was very busy raising 6 children, paying for college, etc. I was fortunate and able to retire at an early age, 55, and now have time to do what I want to do.

My husband and I have walked a major portion of the Appalachian Trail since retirement and we both served in Honduras as Peace Corps volunteers.
Both were extremely rewarding. I am currently working as a Spanish interpreter at a local hospital.

As I have been more active in service work I find there are communities everywhere waiting with open arms to welcome you. My service work is usually more valuable to my development, emotionally and spiritually than it is to anyone else.

I join here to become part of a bigger community of service workers.

My Passions:
People, spirituality, family
My Challenges:
Family, spiritual growth
My Vision for the Future:
A world full of hope and peace
My Languages:
