lolatsai
From the small island of Taiwan, Lola moved to Oregon with her family at the age of 11 and graduated from the University of British Columbia in Psychology. After moving back to Asia to reunite with her family who had left when she was 15, Lola started her career in the field of Early Childhood Education, teacher training, and curriculum development, and is a true teacher at heart. After nearly a decade as an educator, Lola pursued her fitness goals and expanded into teaching mind-body fitness through Oxygen Fitness, Spinning®, and Yogafit®. Spanning her teachings across Asia and North America, Lola is happiest when she is affirming and empowering the potential of people she meets.
To follow her biggest passion and lifework of personal growth, empowerment, and philanthropic work, Lola immigrated to Canada and became a Certified Dream Coach through Marcia Wieder’s Dream University. She began coaching and offering workshops for women and moms in the Vancouver community as well as globally, and contributes to many causes through her extensive experience in fundraising and event planning for numerous non-profit events and organizations.
A body-mind-spirit workshop she delivered to a group of 52 disadvantaged girls in the Philippines inspired her to continue investing in the wellness and potential of girls, and wrote the poem and book For My Girls to share this passion. She makes her ultimate life dream come true by creating One Glowing Life, combining her love and purpose of teaching, empowering, affirming, and loving. Lola hopes to inspire by being and living as an example, to use her one precious life to share as much glowing light as possible with the world.
