I am the co-director of the Center for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Rutgers University in New Jersey. I teach negotiation, collaborative decision-making and managing conflict in public domains on the graduate level at the university and I also mediate complex disputes and write about negotiation, mediation and gender differences in negotiating styles.
