Passions
I enjoy working out, walking, cycling, yoga, meditation, reading (e.g. Anything by Paulo Coelho; Blink; The Kite Runner; Embrace Uncertainty; Eat, Pray, Love.), doing crosswords, dancing (alone and/or wildly sometimes), going to the theatre and sporting events, and spending time with friends. I’m also into wining (not whining), dining, movies and music (from rock to hip hop and new age, and everything in between).

I can’t live without my iPod and MacBook Pro, stimulating conversation, feeling connected, laughter, the sea, mountains, Arabic perfume, stargazer lilies, popcorn, the eclectic, the quality of the light in the two hours before sunset, and sensuality.

I love to travel and have recently been to Italy, Spain, the Arctic, Yemen, Morocco, and Canada (too many places to see, too little time!).

Profession
I run my own one-woman, Dubai-based consultancy (Strike Communications), specialising in public speaking and presentations skills training. I’m passionate about helping people become better communicators, speakers and writers, and I feel lucky that I get to practice my life purpose every day in my work, and with my website www.amazingwomenrock.com. Yippee!

Finally, I believe in the power of spirit, the universe and angels.
