I'm a social change strategist & co-creative, founder of the Braveheart Project, traveller, treehugger, accidental businesswoman and general mischief-maker. My work supports visionary leaders to achieve and maximise social, environmental and economic wellbeing for people and the planet. I have a PhD in International Relations and Political Science and have worked in academia, public and private sector, and the international development industry sector in Australia and Asia.
I am currently writing 2 books on social change and conducting fieldwork for my project: Tread Your Own Path: Women and Social Change in Asia.
I can been found on mountains, in forests, cafes, bookstores, under trees, watching clouds.
More information about me and my work can be found at www.robynnlui.com (work-in-progress!)
I am very honoured to be able to contribute to the Voices of Our Future Program as a Vision Mentor. As citizen journalists and digital activists, the Correspondents will be at the forefront of social change at the community and policy level. These women will be crafting stories in their own voices. They have a tremendous opportunity to inform, inspire, and create new worlds. That's very exciting. I know I will learn a lot from my interactions with the Correspondents, the Editorial Mentors and other Vision Mentors.
