I helped co-found a women's organization within a U.S. corporation that partnered with upper management to significantly increase the number of women and people of color within management and executive positions over a 30 year period.

I care about civil rights, women's issues and family planning. I believe one of the most important rights for women is the right to decide if and when she will have children.
