The mission of WINAA is to bring together women across different nationalities,ethnic,religious,social and even economic background and position them for leadership in the continent. Our Vision To give the African woman voice in her nation.Giving her full right as full born citizen of her nation not denying her of any.We seek to promote peace and unity amongst African women.To help them discover their gift/talent and maximize it.
Our vision is that by improving the status of women we will eliminate violence and wars against women and therefore achieve Africa’s transformation.As mothers,wives,sisters and care givers we are custodians of the gate to life.It is therefore saddening when we witness wanton destruction of lives and property in our continent. We believe that women can be agents of peace and conflict resolution. WINAA envisions an Africa in which women would take their rightful place as home and nation builders .
