About Me:

I am a feminist, blogger and a freelance journalist who advances the rights of women and girls using communication and the media. I work with marginalised and vulnerable groups at grassroots level. I am passionate about information and communication technologies (ICTs) and I strongly believe that the effective use of ICTs is the missing piece in advancing human rights and other fundamental freedoms.
I hold a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Journalism and Media studies and Certificates in Citizen Journalism and Web 2.0 and Proposal Writing, Theatre Directing and Study Cirlce Methodologies.
I have experience in using the media for profile building, awareness raising and advocacy.
