I am from a very small village of Chhattisgarh, India and I am only person from my village, who has become engineering graduate. I am currently working as Assistant Coordinator at a Nature Welfare Society. I used to see hardworking but deprived people around my village. I wanted to see them grow, along with my studies. So, I joined this organization, since it was involved in distinct activities like health and sanitation, environment and livelihood promotion etc. I eagerly put my hearty effort with the team, where I realized that everyone want to grow, but there is lacking in awareness. By awareness activities, there is lot change in my attitude towards society that these only things can bring a great change. But, there is way ahead waiting to be done immediately in this field. With the world-class learning experience I will be able to transform my outlook and ideas, and inculcate essential skills some of that I have and some of I have to. As, I am active from few years I am directly attached with a NGO that is working in rural areas, I have good understanding of socio-economic condition, regularly making of project and generating ideas.
