I am proud to be part of a movement and model - Girls Circle - that empowers girls and young women with safe and healthy relationships and offers girls the opportunities to explore and define the passions, challenges, needs, and pathways toward safe, sustaining, satisfying and connected lives. As a very blessed parent of two wonderful daughters now grown up, and a teen son, I am dedicated to the work of promoting safe, healthy relationships as well as healthy and just conditions and opportunities for youth. I'm a believer in the profound power of a strong and caring community - whether adolescents, elementary students, parents, or policy makers- to make changes that reflect the truth, light, wisdom and capacities inside individuals, families, and communities. I am grateful for my husband and family's constant support of all my work efforts.
