I believe that:
Laughter heals, brings people together and that it is one of my unique gifts.
Listening heals, brings people together and it is a skill that I practice and am always trying to improve.

I have been blessed with good health, a large, loving and supportive family, a strong network of friends and a sense of self. I am an athlete and a sister, a daughter, a reader, an actress and a writer.
My mother, my brothers, my aunts and uncles, my grandmother, my cousins- all are very important to me. Their support, helping them in return and living near them enriches my life.

I am working on continuing to find: joy in the small things, beauty in nature, and truth and in the faces of our fellow human beings.
