Bhanu Parajuli

About Me: 

Born and grown in rural area of Kaski District in around 70s and get the public education up to 7 class and fle to Pokhara for secondary education. I had SLC from Talbarahi Secondary School, Baidam-6 Pokhara lakeside. I did I.Sc. from Alahabad India subsequently did B.Sc. from PN campus pokhara ( 1st batch ). I completed M.Sc from Tribhuvan Unitversity on 1994, subsequently i tought as assitant lecturer for some 4 years in Padma Kanya Campus Bagbazaar, Kathmandu. Also involved research works associated with for National Labour Academy ( NLA) since 2000-2004 in the field of labour ( bondage labour, child labourers) and sustainable development related areas such as agriculture, local development, visionary planning for local bodies ( VDCs and DDCs) as envisioned by GoN's Depatment of Local Development for ILO/IPEC, WB, IDRC, ODA and RRN etc. Currently involved in a national development NGO ( RRN) since from 2004 to date. Managing and coordinating the development activities/works and reseach works for over all development of communities from rural population groups where poverty, discrimination, exclusion and marginalisation persisted rempantly.

My Passions: 
Working for poor and marginalised populations of Rural Nepal, writing and learning from rural popple, reseach works and social work
My Challenges: 
is to build justice for rural poor people and change the feudalistic mindset of leaders/policy makers/ people
My Vision for the Future: 
Human Rights for all and a just world
My Areas of Expertise: 
Rural Development-Project/Programme proposal, managing-planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the development works
