I am a leadership and talent development consultant. One of the key areas of my work is specialized communities. I define these specialized communities as those that experience challenges pursuing thier goals due to inclusiveness and bias issues. I often work with organizations that have few women leaders. I engage in cultural assessments and diagnostics helping organizations to increase the retention and progress of women. In addition to gender diversity, I work with populations that may represent something new, unique and different that the organization or community understands they need for future sustainability. I am a certified coach and often engage in one on one coaching in my work.
