About Me: 

This is Naiyer, working in a bank; lead a special team “Women Entrepreneur’s Cell”. Main job responsibility design products and other banking facility for women business society. Naturally in developing country like Bangladesh women business society, not get their right from society and also from financial organization. That’s why my interest to work for them, develop their awareness, business skill and also develop credit products fitting for them. Economically solvent women are comparatively can save themself from family assault. They can achieve right to express their decision in family. I have the opportunity to visit lots of women who are involved in business and share her income for family expenses. This is remarkable, their contribution to reduce women violence from family and society.

Bangladesh is the pioneer of Microcredit and women are the main customer group. Now women business society is doing well in SME (Small and Medium Enterprise). For their expansion of business need banking facility, but they don’t get proper support. Last year December, I went to present my paper at DevNet Conference 2010 in New Zealand. Please see the link

Basically I try to develop myself as a social worker to ensure women society basic right. I worked as a volunteer of Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) in my student life. Now I am involved in many social activities to buildup awareness for human right.
