RS Collaboration was founded by Ruby Sandhu, a lawyer passionate about creating sustainable communities in collaboration with corporations and all stakeholders. Her current research is in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.

She is a Partner with law firm Amsterdam & Peroff LLP. She has worked with teams on high profile political cases involving multi jurisdictional problems and out of the box solutions requiring the effective use of International legislation, diplomacy, public relations and the media, in countries as diverse as Bulgaria, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore and Venezuela. Ruby has experience of liaising with think tanks, NGOs and politicians, addressing matters key to clients such as violation of constitutional and International Law, abuse of due process and corporate social responsibility as well as drafting White Papers, lobbying in Washington DC ("the Hill"), Brussels and the Community of Democracies on key issues for reform and disseminating key messages on behalf of the clients.

Ruby has a Masters in International Law from the University of Nottingham.

Memberships: She is a solicitor of England & Wales, member of the Law Society's International Action Team (IAT) and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
