Ruby left her role (May 2013) as a partner in an International law firm, (Amsterdam & Partners LLP) to develop RS Collaboration (www.rscollaboration.com) - Resilient System Collaboration.
The core of her business, development and practice is unlocking the potential for responsible business practice. She builds on her past experience as a lawyer (private, commercial and public policy) and businesswomen to collaborate with sourced third parties on projects to design an intelligent and bespoke product for her clients. The “Sustainable Risk, Compliance and Governance” (SRCG) element of her practice provides clients with strategic advice on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability in a fast changing, globalised world. Ruby is adept at working with multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating to create innovative solutions.
She is currently involved in the Law Society of England & Wales innovative research into Business Human Rights for the legal profession of England & wales. She initiated the Business Ethics working group in her role as the Vice Chair of the Solicitor’s International Human Rights Group.
She is an accredited mediator, coach and facilitator utilizing leading technology to facilitate change
Memberships: Ruby is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and an accredited mediator (LSM). A member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA). She is also Vice Chair of the Solicitors International Human Rights Group (SIHRG) where she initiated a working group on Business Ethics.
She has a MSc in Sustainability & Responsibility as well as an LLM in International Law (Nottingham).
Interest: Ruby is passionate on the subject of animal welfare and Carnism. Her compassion and understanding for her pet Bono (springer spaniel) drove her naturally to veganism.
