Hello...I am so excited to be part of this community. I recently left my last corporate job so I would have more freedom to do things like this. I am a mother, grandmother, sister, auntie. In my professional life I am a consultant to business, comitted to making the work place a more humane environment. Over my many years of working, I have seen the suffering that happens to employees at the hands of well-intentioned, but innefective leaders. I love being able to coach leaders on ways to be more effective, and am honored to see the results frequently.
I am going to be consulting more, working less, and enjoying life to the fullest. I live in a three generation household with my daughter and granddaughter. Alexis is 10, and many days I am glad to be Nana and not Mommy. We also have a very entertaining Yorkie named London who always has a new trick to make us laugh. We often wonder what she must think of the 3 humans she lives with.
