About Me: 

Deputy Director, Centre for Health and Social Justice, NGO based in Delhi working in 18 states as resource based organisation. Manager and incharge of work with men on gender equality, Masculinity, sexuality and health. Coordination acting secretariat of South Asia regional network on working with men and boys for gender equality in CHSJ

I am the Facilitator of FEM : Forum to Engage Men: A national alliance for working with men and boys for gender equality and elimination gender based violence; Convener of MASVAW: men’s Action for Stopping Violence Against Women, UP

I have started my work from 1983 with Gandhian movement for social justice and associate as trainer, campaigner.

Working with youth and social activist on gender equality, sexuality, masculinity from 1996 and very close association with feminist group and its women empower struggle. Working at national and South Asia level as male gender trainer specially on involving men and boys for gender equality and reducing gender based violence. Vast experience of conducting training on gender with Government personnel eg. Police personal, prison office, media worker, teachers and social activist. Written a manual in collaboration with Tathapi trust and Sahej on training manual on Gender, violence, sexuality and health. Manual was also introduced by Syanda Gender institute.
