About Me:

I am Coastal First Nations from Vancouver Island in BC, Canada. I love the art of story expressed in song, writing, production, and media. I believe we are at a time of been heard as a distinguished people respectful of all living things. I appreciate traditional ancient ways of relating to the world, but recognize it is the young minds that will transfer this knowledge into a contemporary artistry which articulates a way of being and understanding our place in the world. Remedy sounds is a honest approach to experience, yet eloquent and understanding of all situations. I would not be in this world if it was not for the love of mothers, grandmothers and the greatest grandma's.
