Being a Lawyer, a Trainer in Personal Development and a Motivational Speaker, my life is defined in activating positive change in my Country, Tanzania, with the focus on changing mindsets for the better.

I am involved in various projects, such as Radio Show, Career Advice, Youth Mentoring and Coaching, and arranging various forums and conferences that are in line with the vision that believes in a changed Tanzania, a Tanzania that is led by confident and ethical individuals; enlightened people who are patriotic and positioned to usher our Country to a much higher level of economic prosperity.

My personal mission is to empower my fellow citizens Tanzanians at initial stage then Africa at large to positively change the way they think, perform and present themselves. Changing their attitude from a victim mentality that keeps score of how many times the world has failed them to victors who look for opportunities in challenges so as to transform their own and our Continent's economy, also advocating in creating a conducive political environment that will lead to effective leadership for Africa to eventually participate in bringing a positive impact to the world.
