About Me:

I was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area, and completed my university studies in New York City. I've spent time abroad in Argentina, Hong Kong, and Spain - and I've loved learning from many amazing community actors in these and other places around the world! I believe that everyone has the right to be idealistic, hopeful, and pragmatically engaged in making our world a more welcoming and interconnected place.

My Passions:
Trying new foods, reading poetry, running in the summer, dancing of all sorts.
My Challenges:
Cooking good Chinese vegetables, taking pictures that reflect the world as I see it, reading something new every day.
My Vision for the Future:
I hope to see everyone discussing a right to dignity like one would discuss a right to food or water.
My Areas of Expertise:
International sustainable development writing, climate justice, indigenous land reclamation
My Languages:
English, Spanish
