Andrea Arzaba

About Me:

My name is Andrea Arzaba and I am a Peace and Development Journalist / Blogger.
I write for several online publications such as Global Voices Online and Dispatches International. I was also selected to participate on the platform THINK3: Developing World organized by the European Journalism Centre. I was one of the winners, and will be covering the UN Millenium Development Goals Summit this September.

I am on my last year of my BA in Communications at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. I am an activist, an eager world traveller andan indigenous cultures lover. I believe in youth and our power to create and innovate our societies. I have attended different youth events such as PTPI’s Peace Camp in Jordan, Clinton Global Initiative in Texas and World Youth Congresses (Regeneration and IMECE), in Quebec and Istanbul.

I believe in the creation of a peaceful world through our mutual undertanding.

Thank you so much and greetings from Mexico,

Andrea Arzaba :)
