About Me:

I am a twenty two year old female Zimbabwean youth. Currently, i am in my third year at midlands state university studying a four year degree called Human Resources Management. I am also doing a one year leadership training entittled Youth Polpular Particupation in Leadership which is a programme that is fully sponsored by UNDEF. On top of my academic and professional attributes, i am also a youth volunteer. I work with a number street kids who live in the city center of Harare. Right now i am working on a project with them to fundraise for money to start an acting project that will sustain their lives. This project will also benefit a certain club that is building a charity home and will allow about thirty street children to finally have a place to call home. I love to do developmental work and i love to see another child smile. I also love to work with female youth volunteers who are willing to make a positive difference at no expense, and i believe if my country had more people like that, it would be a better place.

My Passions:
helping a street child, especially females
My Challenges:
lack of resources, lack of support
My Vision for the Future:
That Zimbabwe will attain one of the major MDG's which is to reduce poverty by having no street children by 2015......i also have a vision that every child in my country will have the opportunity to go to school
My Areas of Expertise:
Dealing with people
My Languages:
English, shona
