My achievements and successes are attributed to working in teams in a multi cultural environment. Providing technical assistance to community members and partner organizations for 7 years now. I have gained experience in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects. Report writing and documentation of learnings from implemented programs has also been enhanced. Overseeing rural based field branches has equipped me with management, advocacy & Lobbying, Organizational & administration skills as well as networking skills. . I have good substantial training & Facilitation skills and experience in counseling persons who have suffered trauma; particular awareness and sensitivity to victims of sexual and HIV/AIDS related violence in children, women, the disabled and elderly.
