About Me: 

I AM A WOMEN'S HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDER AND A POLITICAN FROM KENYA.I RAN FOR OFFICE IN 2007 AND I WAS AMONG THE WOMEN THAT WERE ABUDACTED TOTURED AND LEFT FOR DEAD BECAUSE WE DARED CHALLENGE THE STATUS QUO.

I AM CURRENTLY IN TORONTO WITH A HOPE OF GOING BACK TO KENYA TO RUN AGAIN IN 2012.

I BELIEVE THAT THEY CAN ONLY DESTROY YOUR BODY BUT NOT THE SPIRIT.

My Passions: 
FIGHT FOR WOMEN'S RIGHT AND SEEING THAT WOMEN HAVE TAKEN THEIR POSITION TO FIGHT FOR WHAT THE RIGHTFULLY DESERVE
My Challenges: 
BEING FROM A PARTRIACHY SOCIETY WHERE WOMEN ARE SUPPOSED TO BEEN SEEN AND NOT HEARD

TO SEE A WORLD FREE OF VIOLENCE,ADVOCATE FOR WOMEN'S ECONOMICAL AND SOCIAL EMPOWERMENT
