I am a young Macedonian girl with huge desire and willingness to bring and cause change. My interests have always been endless and as long as I remember I've always been involved into too many activities at once, because my curiosity and enthusiasm are sometimes uncontrollable. I like being devoted to something and inspire and motivate others. As a child, I was more of an introvert, mostly because I was buried in my books. I remember waiting for my parents next door to go to sleep, so I can turn on the light in my room and continue reading, but later on I put my book obsession in normal frames and faced the outside world. I am involved in few youth organizations (Volunteers Centre Skopje, CreACTive, Youth Can) that deal with youth exchanges, workshops, trainings and various local activities with young enthusiasts (local campaign of workshops on HIV/AIDS in high schools, Living Library, creative writing, debates, magazines, domestic violence awareness, forming Roma centers for street children etc.) as an active member and mentor of volunteers.
I've been working in the media monitoring sector for 6 years, gradually advancing, during my university studies in English language and literature, continued working as a translator/interpreter for 1 year and currently started working in an event management company.
However, my aspirations are to write (for pleasure, for speaking up my voice, for raising awareness, for informing the world), to pose interesting ideas in my community that would motivate others to join and cause changes around.
I like to write about specific problems in my region, because I believe the Balkans is a region with very interesting history and specific problems that need to be voiced and spread through.
