About Me:

I love children & animals - especially horses & dogs. Right now I have 3 horses and one on the way. I also am expecting some foster children to arrive soon, as I was licensed about a month ago. I am hoping to get teenagers so we can ride horses together.
I have been longing for more community. In my neighborhood it seems hard to get people to socialize. Maybe they don't have time; some have never heard of the Bioneers, but are unwilling to learn. I have been playing the Bioneers DVDs every Friday night and I asked the neighborhood people to come, and have been very disappointed that they don't come. I thought it would be a wonderful way to get like-minded people together, and to meet new people, as I am new in this neighborhood.

My Passions:
environmentalism, horses, growing food
My Challenges:
lack of empowerment, isolation
My Vision for the Future:
This summer I plan to work on a CSA farm and to learn to dry foods
My Areas of Expertise:
Permaculture
