About Me:

I like to describe myself as an Executive Coach and a recovering economic developer. My passions for helping people exceed their own definition of success is what drives me. At the moment, I am completing a 2-year volunteer assignment with CUSO-VSO in the Extreme North of Cameroon. I am working as an Organizational Development Advisor for a local organization that manages over 100 national volunteers working in education in small communities in the north. We are also working on developing greater health-focused programs for the betterment of local communities.

I am sharing this experience with my husband and we blog together about our lives and our work at:

I have also kept my coaching blog active during my placement to share my work experiences, my musings on inter-cultural interactions and whatever is close to my heart professionally:

My Areas of Expertise:
executive coaching, community economic development, microfinance
