I work for a wonderful organization called Exchange. We are an international publisher that produces Exchange Magazine - The Early Childhood Leaders' Magazine Since 1978. The magazine is geared toward Early Childhood Education professionals throughout the world. We also have a non profit arm called World Forum Foundation. This is a group dedicated to fostering communication between all cultures on any topic related to young children. Some recent forums include AIDS, war and conflict, nature, brain research, poverty, orphans, and how these topics affect early childhood education.
