I have worked in couple of different social issues at grassroot levels, understand the 'REAL' need of them. So that curriculum can be designed and implement for empowering them. I have even worked at different organizations at different levels - and - discovered that 'Change' is attached with resistance. If I intend to bring about any change then I have to fight for it with passion and strength.
