I am Kenyan, born and bred in the heart of Africa. Professionally, I am a communications specialist, with lots of interest and experience in communicating health research to influence policy and programs in Africa. Socially, I am a mother of a three year-old boy who keeps challenging me everyday and 'teaching' me about patience; I am also a wife, trying hard to balance between family and career.
