About Me:

I am passionate about the role of women in global leadership and work to catalyze strong, dynamic, and sustainable connections of women around the world. Colleagues and I have created a public homeplace where women's voices can be heard, knowing that "As we claim our voice, step into our power, and connect our conversations, change occurs around the globe."

I teach at The Center for Creative Change at Antioch University in Seattle and have convened Women's Conversation Circles in the US, China and South Africa. Knowing that our personal power is enhanced when we are aware of being part of something larger than ourselves, I seek ways for women to stay in touch with other women leaders around the globe, sharing stories accomplishments, ideas and insight.
