About Me:

My name is Evette Kamal Abou Seif , Iam an engineer ,Iam a pioneer in leadership in various aspects, especially in the development field all over Egypt. I started her Development career very early with CEOSS where Iwas very well trained for the Development methods ….. I was a pioneer in her field as an Egyptian Girl & Mechanical Engineer to take the advance among many other men. I was very distinguished in learning, applying whatever Iled the whole team in such a harmony to get the best benefits out of her team. Her team was advantages with many qualifications which had came out as a result of successful leadership which enables others to act and challenged them as well!
Iam a model of the hard worker. As she has special influence in teaching others and following up with those who are working under her supervision or the young youth students she is teaching. When I wanted to quit her Governmental Work at the Minia Vocational Mechanical High School for Boys, they refused to let her go as she is working very hard as an efficient teacher though working among such uneasy surroundings, not very smart students, hard environment and weak helpful materials. As a pioneer,I had inspired a vision towards enlarging the development fields and started, with some other active youth from her area, building and establishing a new small association for Sustainable Development in Minia City. I took the responsibility to equip the new team with new projects and add all her knowledge & experience to have this Association growing up step by step till I became not just a member of the Board Of Trusties but also latterly the Executive Manager for the Association. I had inspired a shared vision to make a dream come true for many young youth around her area; to challenge their own talents and find a way not only to be succeeded in their jobs & careers but also to be pioneers and experts in their fields
