About Me:

The one constant in my life has been my love of travel. It's opened my eyes, my heart, healed and connected me to the world in ways I could never have envisioned. For the ability physically, professionally and economically for this freedom, I live in gratitude. As the host of the Gathering Road podcast on iTunes, Stitcher and in the top ten on The Womens Radio Network, I've spoken with many travel experts, volunteers and authors. I also share these and other posts on my blog: Trip Wellness. My guests always inspire me and I hope others too.

When I can't be traveling, I love trading stories with other adventurers, armchair or otherwise. The Travel Well meetups here in San Diego over the past 3 years have brought wonderful women and their families into my life as we share stories, tips and plans for future adventures. I write, scuba dive with my underwater photographer, fish monger partner and listen deeply to the pulse of life. It's a great pleasure to be connected with the World Pulse Community and the work they are doing. Namaste.
