About Me: 

I am an HR / OD Professional, who's career reflects over 18 years of creative experience in Group Dynamics, analysis of Corporate Pulse, Transformation for Betterment, Corporate DNA testing, having the ability to change / align HR approach from Internal Police to -->Pro-Active HR---> Business Partner---> Competitive Advantage / Strategic Partner. A Coach & a Mentor, as & when needed. A challenger to Status Quo, rebellion to Orthodox / Unjust Approaches, expert in devising HR Policies & Procedures, SOPs, Core Objectives / Targets & Goals. Hands on experience in recruitment, selection, performance management etc.

In addition to the above, I have also developed the Road Map to Success for our Retail Banking Group and have the ability to formulate the same for other areas of an organization, formulated & designed the Corporate Communication Strategy / Channels for effective Grievances / Gripes handling. I’m a firm believer of dignity of work and treat each staff as the CEO / President of his / her own Desk / Assignment. I have the wisdom to tap the real Talent Management with positive characteristics needed for the organization. One of my tasks is to handling Compensation & Benefits, along with developing non- monetary awards & rewards schemes / policies to boost the morale of the talent / internal clients i.e. staff.
