I have owned my own marketing strategy and event production firm for 10 years. An entrepreneur at heart - I love the freedom and choice that comes with owning my own business. Everything is on my terms (but it took some time to learn this!).

I am also on Faculty at a local University teaching graduate level students in Women's Leadership. Because of this, I spend quite a bit of time interacting and engaging with some pretty phenomenal women from all walks of life. I have found that leadership means nothing unless you know your VALUES. It is from this knowledge we are able to deepen our roots, ground ourselves, and take hold of the power we all have within! This is what I believe sets women apart - because we are based in and operate from a place from which we cannot stray. As leaders, we are cemented and committed to something deeper.
