About Me:

Crystal's teachings give students the space to go deeply inward while cultivating a stronger connection to the self,
and our own unique power within the world.

She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and was trained by Master Teacher Gloria Latham. She also
holds a certificate in Women’s Yoga based off of the teachings from Sara Avant Stover’s “The Way of the Happy
Woman.”

After noticing the profound impact yoga had on her life – as a healing tool for working through past experiences and
trauma, and also to help her stay grounded and present, Crystal felt the pull to go through yoga teacher training and
explore the possibilities of helping others discover their power and re-integrate lost aspect of themselves through a
regular practice. Crystal blogs about the power of the being present at http://www.crystalmarieyoga.com, and you
can also visit her Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/CrystalMarieYoga or follow her on Twitter
