I am 21 years old ambitious guy and has a passion in technology and how it will help the community so as to reduce poverty. i am in Mount Kenya University where i serve as a student leader and i organize community social outreach with the school and as a part of the schools mentors , i also organize a mentoring session when we go for social service .
i am taking information technology as my major course so as to get the knowledge about technology because i believe technology can really change the lives of people who are still in poverty and erase illiteracy among them.
having been in the fields several times , i have met so many girls who drop out from schools because of lack of sanitary towels,financial support and being forced to early marriage due to poverty.
not ignoring the boy child but i believe the girl child suffer through lots of challenges than the boy.
i believe technology can change this all and i read widely so as to make this change a reality.
