We would actually feel proud to join hands with your Association/Panel to check crime against women as your Partner Organization. Hence we are thereby forwarding you the details of Our Organization which is working under the name and style of G.C.B. Public & Charitable Trust, for your kind perusal and consideration.

We take pleasure to inform you that G.C.B Public & Charitable Trust has been established in the year 1999 for the upliftment of children and women’s position in the society. The main object of the Trust is to provide Free Legal services to women & children and to conduct Legal Awareness Programmes among women in the society.

Our Trust aims at providing ourfree legal services to women, weaker section, Dalits, poor and needy people, to ailing having no means to get their legal remedy, to ladies, widow who do not earn and have no male members to support them, to retired persons, to persons in distress affected by floods, earthquakes or other acts of Gods for legal remedies.

We expertise in taking up the cases of harassment (of the provision of The Constitution and of other laws relating to women) for domestic violence, dowry, dowry deaths, torture, bigamy, rape, cruelty by husbands, sexual harassment at work place, deprivation, discrimination in employment, gender discrimination.

Our field also includes cases related with Child Rights including child abuse, child exploitation and cases under the provision of The Constitution of India
–Right to Life, Health and Education of Children.
Moreover, we target at looking into complaints and take sue motto notice of matters relating to deprivation of Women’s & Children’s Right and Settle the family dispute through counseling.
We are also the Publisher of a book in series – "Laws Relating to Women’s Right" in Hindi Language.
We have taught Martial Arts ( Nan Chaku ) to Lucknow Kailash Hostel 250 Girls for self defence.
We are going to check atrocities / crime against women in India through our various sources, plans & with the help of our task forces.
