I enjoy living life and sharing life changing experiences with others. I especially believe in sisterhood and women coming together for positive change. I am a Holistic Health Counselor/Practitioner that assists women with healing from emotional traumas through the education of Energy Wellness. Energy Wellness is the compilation of something we call energy anatomy and energy medicine. It is believed that all imbalances occur in ones energy bodies first, then manifest physically if they're not addressed. Everyone has energy bodies. If one is aware of the fullness of whom they are, then they can operate from their highest human potential if they choose to do so. I have a radio show that teaches Energy Wellness to women and we also address hidden knowledge. I am also the author of a woman's audio self help book that has received a lot of positive feedback.
