Jael

About Me:

My name is Jael Omunyangoli, a Kenyan lady residing in Mombasa city .I have great passion for the Women political governance and administration of this country and other 3rd world countries .It’s evident that during and after elections, the nation suffers massive destruction in lives and infrastructure. .This also leads to loss of lives and the creation of social unrest which in effect triggers fighting, killings and post-election violence. The violence leads to instability, rape cases and all manner of human injustices. It’s therefore important to point out the main reason why we get to this extreme, is because of lack of knowledge! We are lacking in extensive hand-on civic/voter education and awareness incorporate with peace building programs. It’s the duty of every patriotic peace loving citizen to spread the word of peace to everyone, we need to simplify the constitution and any other manual of the nation and educate all voters, the young and even the old in a language they can understand that the nation belongs to them, that no one will rebuild it for them .Its therefore our joint responsibility to protect and preserve the it. We all have a duty of care to each other, to the resources and the generations to after, we must without fear or favour go out into all parts to educate the citizen to vote wisely and maintain peace, they must be taught to concede to defeat should they lose and embrace the elected leader, work together and build a stronger better nation .I am convinced it’s possible to have a peaceful political transition ,its within our means to spearhead peace initiatives and attain our objectives, we can have an accountable and credible leadership regime if we look and vote beyond our ethnicity and tribal lines. We can start a new culture for the coming generation and raise leaders who will ensure the legacy lives own we can attain an informed, well governed and peaceful Kenya for the prosperity of its citizen and investors.
I have started an initiative to undertake civic, voter and peace education to the villages, ,slums ,schools and colleges .If the word spreads around, then a network of like-minded people will keep spreading the word and with time, we will achieve a more peaceful, economically empowered and stable nation. Join the move and impact your world positively. It's your duty and responsibility..
