Addy Naa Akuyea Tabitha is my name, 19 years of age and a Ghanaian .I am currently a student at the University of Ghana reading courses in Social work and Sociology. I became a member of the Children and Youth in Broadcasting when i was 14 years.In 2009-October 2012, I got the opportunity to host the hourly children's show on one of the radio stations in Ghana called the Choice Children Channel- a programme that gives children the voice to air their views on issues affecting their development and well being.

In secondary school I took various leadership positions which included the President of the Peer Counselors, Adviser for the Drama club, the student representative council's Secretary,the Secretary for the writers and debaters club among many others. I have also represented my current institution in debate competitions outside Ghana. I forgot to add that i love healthy debates the can bring about and propel positive change. I was blessed to serve on a UNICEF Ghana Panel (young people's representative) during the launch of the situation analysis report on women and children. My favorite movie is the Great debaters. I believe that positive change lies in the hands of young people most importantly women, like Dr. Kwegir Aggrey says "when you educate a man you educate an individual but when you educate a woman you educate a whole nation "I believe and i am passionate about change and seeing a world fit for all but if there has to be change it has to come from a dynamic perspective and that is the only way forward.
