I live in the rolling hills of New England, with my husband Jay, and our dog Patrick. My two children are in their twenties. My work is as a life coach, holistic health counselor, and Reiki practitioner, and I write a blog about the awakening of consciousness throughout the world.

My world view is that of a realistic optimist. I see the pain and suffering that is there, yet I feel a great sense of hope in the extraordinary potential of the human spirit. We are living in a time of unprecedented transformation, where a steadily increasing number are understanding in their heart and soul that all of life is interconnected.

I have lived on this earth for six decades, and I can tell you that I am ever so glad to be alive at this time. I believe that the coming years will hold an unfolding of human freedom throughout the globe.
