About Me:

I am a lucky girl who got her life back after experiencing death.

Originally I come from a hill village in Western Nepal. 3 years ago, I fell in love with a fellow Nepali man, who promised to marry me and give me a good life. I left my village with him.
Instead, he brought me to India and forced me into prostitution. It was a living hell.

But sometimes miracles happen. When I was in village, I had met an Indian girl who had visited our village once.
A few months back, I managed to contact her and she helped me come out of the ring of prostitution.
She is Stella Paul - who is now a VoF correspondent. I am here because of her.

With help from Stella Paul, I have managed to get a job in an NGO. And now I am learning to use computer, Internet and video.
One day I dream to return to Nepal and teach all these to girls there, so that nobody will meet with the fate I had.

Because of many risks involved, I can't reveal my real name or my location. In fact I live in a lot of fear. But I have heard from sister Stella Paul that this is one forum where everyone is supportive and understanding.

So, I hope to get support from this forum, from other sisters. I hope you will not discriminate against me because of my past profession.
