I am sagarika. currently working as Deputy Director/Systems Engineer (ICT) at NODES. I started my carrer from very lower level in IT industry and climbed up to this position. I am fully involoved in Networking industry and still there are barrrier which prevents me from going up in the ladder. I am trying to find a scholarship to do my masters otherwise i will get stucked in my carreier in the middle level.
