About Me: 

I am a self defense instructor, author, artist, and human rights activist.

My main goals are to continue working with and empowering youth and women. I teach self defense classes for ages 11 and older. I published a book, I Am More Than Just a Girl, to empower girls with resources, information and creative exercises that they may not have access to.

My background includes ares in domestic violence, sexual assault, foster and homeless youth, environmental sustainabiliy, and business management.

My Passions: 
human rights, women's rights, feminism, art, literature, environmental sustaiability
