About Me:

I am LUM PATIENCE FLORA.N., a Cameroonian born on 17/03/85 in yaounde,English speaking and very sociable.
am presently reading Management in a professional university, holder of a diploma in project management and planning. i love what is right and all about nature, i have a passion for researches and health issues and i love the words JUSTICE AND PEACE, cuz where there is no justice, then there is no peace, also i like knowing everything happening around me, but not politics for sure cuz i know its a dirty game and it takes alot of energy for nothing. women's rights is what i fight for and also the right of the child cuz these are the people who suffer most. i like writing all that makes sense to me and also i love stories and poets, i love women who excell in life nor matter how hard it might be and women who make ends meet without waiting for a man to help or tell them what to do. Gender Equality does not mean a woman should fight he r home with a man , but i means a woman should be decisive to take part in decision making and she should be strong to support her family, husband and society.

My Passions:
social welfare, managing people and mentoring them
My Challenges:
the fact that african women still have a sterotyped idea about the right of a woman and how they are poorly interpreted
My Vision for the Future:
to create a community where, women and children will act without fear of asults of any kind and also a general love for the community
My Areas of Expertise:
managing the general organiation, talking to victims and contributing to online discussions and serminers
My Languages:
English, French
