Nyarain

About Me:

My name is Nyarain and I am a Daughter, a Sister, an Aunty, a Wife, a Graduate and a Writer.

The reason why I choose to be a part of World Pulse can be summarised by the following quotes:

(Lao Tzu)
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.

(Sri Sathya Sai Baba)
I am you; you are me. You are the waves; I am the ocean. Know this and be free, be divine.

(Tenzin Gyatso, the 14th Dalai Lama)
The deep root of failure in our lives is to think, 'Oh how useless and powerless I am.' It is essential to think strongly and forcefully, 'I can do it,' without boasting or fretting.

My Passions:
people, books, blogs, travelling, politics, religion
My Challenges:
The list is endless but I continue to conquer them a day at a time.
My Vision for the Future:
Seeing more Women in power, Peace and a world dominated by Love, not War.
My Areas of Expertise:
Women Issues, Relationships and everything to do with Writing.
My Languages:
English, Kiswahili, Kikuyu
