About Me:
I am the founder of ONE MOTHER, a registered nonprofit, 501(c) 3 organization whose mission is to work with established NGO's to empower women in developing countries to create sustainable income via fair-trade wages. We then reinvest profits into local, non-governmental women's health and empowerment programs.
My Passions:
hunger/poverty/HIV/AIDS advocacy, women's empowerment
My Challenges:
Securing the seed money to start a training program for HIV positive women in India to learn to make quilts
My Vision for the Future:
If the women and mothers of our world come together as ONE for our world's children, we will be the change we want to see in the world.
