Please Heed The Big Read: Education is one of the solutions

What is the Big Read?
774 million adults can not read this, and 75 million children who are not in school will be denied the chance to learn to read and write.

After reading a story in the Big Read we are asking you to write your name for the millions that cannot.

We are collecting the names to deliver to governments during the week of the 20th to 26th of April 2009 to demand that they take action to make sure that everyone has an education.

Hello friend,

I am really impressed to see your writing. I think what you have written is really encouraging and an universal truth. I believe everyone should think and work on this matter. I would like to request you one thing. As this blog has read by many people in different parts of the world I think it's better to write the whole thing in English. If you think it's easy for you to express your thoughts then you can use it in some point not in a bigger way then it will be easier for everyone to understand the thoughts clearly. I apologize if I say something to much.

Thanks for saring your concern with us. Keep up your work.

Hi Farah,
Thank you so much for the clarifications. I forgot to say that it was directly adapted from the website. And what I posted is just the tip of the iceberg. The other languages I posted are in Spanish and French but on the site, Arabic is also available. Actually, they all mean the same thing :) Pardon the confusion I made.

But again, thank you so much for the suggestions. You are so quick and sharp, I like that about you.
