Knowledge is the difference between successful and unsuccessful people. Knowledge births more opportunities. To produce legion of females who are ready to take up and get their world affected by their potentials, then we look for females who can start any idea, or business ventures from the basis of their knowledge. Knowledge is profitable in all things, so Get up, start upstairs; it helps to define what you can produce or reproduce.

To live and to lead the truly exceptional life that matters is to define your success by what you can deliver which can be produced consistently to give you an edge, or bring out your potentials which overtime lead to what you want to see. To seek is to find, and to have is to produce and reproducing harness every opportunity to bring out your potential for success; but it starts upstairs. It is safer to sit down, it is safer to be inactive, it is risky to get up and start up, yet it is profitable to get up, start up but start upstairs.

For every female to see the change we desired around us, with us and for us it is imperative we consider the right application of knowledge as a true base to our empowerment. For every change to be permanent, girls and women must put in place effective and consistently delivered approach through the use of strategies that can only be realised when we start upstairs. Changes are good, but those delivered with effective reasoning are of high value and this is the place and effect of education, of training and every form of empowerment that can liberate females. When strength is not enough, when voices are thin, the positive effect of education reverberates. It shows that all of these can be combined to show a cohesive, confident, functional edge to problems for solutions.

The world of technology; social media has offered us more books to face, so that our opinions, thoughts as engineered by one man is brought to the views of the world. Yet if not educated, the cries remain the infants of all voices and cannot transcend beyond the immediate environment. Wouldn’t you like to cry and be heard? Yes I would. As I know that my ambition to train, motivate, inspire and educate girls and women will get to the world one day (If consistent, but because I started upstairs, It definitely will). I got educated, and you too can encourage girls in your neighbourhood to start upstairs.

For women, the knowledge to rule, to build to nurture and to inspire the nation, generation is tied to what we know that we need to impact with. So many African women do not know about health facilities, issues, and resultant effects of some health related issues as well as economic and social related issue and invariably the knowledge of not knowing is transferred to the girl daughter whose allegiance is to the traditional education transferred by the mother. It pays to know. Much more it pays to want to know. It is profitable for every nation to encourage mothers to see the light education is building for the world. Yet for every female that are educated it also pays to get up and start upstairs. It is profitable to us, for us, to our daughters, to our nation and to the world. but start upstairs.

Get up. Start Upstairs.

Remember...Believe...Knowledge...Opportunities (Pink Ambition)
